Lumen Cinema (“we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and commits to comply with the data protection principles and the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). This Policy is applicable to the members of The Metropolitans, as well as any other persons that their personal data is collected, by whatever means, used and held by the Company.

Transaction Security Policy

All the transaction data are stored in an isolated computer with firewall. No one can access the data without authorization. On the other hand, all the online transaction are protected through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mechanisms. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. In addition, physical security check through card swiping is required for ticketing transactions when collecting the tickets.
